Dr. Serra is a graduate of the University of Detroit School of Dentistry. In 1997, he created the Oakland Center for Advanced Dentistry, a practice focused on advanced esthetic and restorative procedures, as well as TMD. He typically maintains 50 to 250 credit hours of continuing education every year. An LVI Clinical Instructor, he has published numerous articles and served as an educational presenter for Dentsply Caulk.
