Dr. Winters completed his undergraduate studies at Kansas State University and attended dental school at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. He has completed all the courses at LVI and hundreds of hours at CE classes and courses. He has lectured internationally and conducts product evaluations for several major manufacturers. He runs a general practice known for high quality of care, esthetics, cosmetics and complete rehabs in a small rural town.
