Dentists are required to wear a lot of different hats. Those include entrepreneurial, leadership, technical, behavioral, financial, marketing and managerial. Most dentists recognize the need for technical training, but have true difficulty creating a good balance in their business skills. Creating the type of dental practice which will demand the skills of the LVI-trained dentist has been historically troublesome. Everyone is searching for the true “LVI-style” model of practice as well as the information and guidance on how to develop it. This series of group consulting meetings is specifically designed to fulfill these needs as well as support and refine the technical skills that LVI teaches.
Combining the talents and strengths of Brad Durham (Achieving the Niche Dental Practice) and Ashley Johnson in a year long, group discussion format brings powerful strength and depth to this curriculum. Realization of “your dream practice” is the benefit of enrollment.
The course is taught in Savannah, GA. It will consist of small groups of 12 dentists, meeting four times during the year. The team will be included in two of the meetings. Additionally there will be monthly conference calls in order to track progress and provide solutions. Initially, each doctor will be coached in how to visualize what his/her ideal practice will be and then during the year, a strategic plan will be implemented in order to accomplish that vision.
