Neuromuscular Lab Technician Techniques for Technicians and Dentists
LVI’s hands-on Neuromuscular Techniques course is designed to bring new light and knowledge to the ever-growing demand in the area of full mouth reconstruction. The principles contained in this course are presented to provide doctors, technicians and team members with the skills, knowledge and techniques to successfully comprehend the neuromuscular components and meet the new demands of the rapid growth of Neuromuscular Dentistry.
- Manage myocentric occlusion

Fabricate a myocentric bite

Provide an orthotic, transfer a bite complete a pre-operative wax-up, temporary matrix and comprehensive preoperative neuromuscular package

Apply the neuromuscular concepts in diagnostic wax-ups

Recognize tooth morphology, shape, grooves and contours

Prepare for case success through correct pre-operative work-up

Implement the use of pictures, facial plane indexes, HIP mounting and other tools

Recognize the importance of form and function, anterior and posterior

Discuss natural occlusal anatomy
