Leo J. Malin, DDS

LeoMalin-DDSDr. Malin received his D.D.S. degree from Marquette University in 1991. He maintains a private practice in Onalaska, Wisconsin. Dr. Malin’s dental practice is exclusively limited to the surgical and restorative phases of Implant Dentistry. Dr Malin is also the Director of the Implantology and Bone Grafting Courses at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). Dr. Malin is the instructor of a variety of courses each year, ranging from implant basics to advanced surgical and restorative protocols. Doctors across North America and abroad attend these courses.

Early in his career, Dr. Malin discovered that the implant placement techniques typically used would not deliver a standard, predictable result. Because of this Dr. Malin, along with other experts in the fields of radiology and occlusion, has developed an occlusion based implant placement technique. This technique integrates the latest technologies to guarantee implant case control. This technique has also led to four United States patents and provided exceptional clinical implant surgical and restorative results.

Dr. Malin additionally lectures at venues across North America on full mouth reconstructions and implant placements. He has received a variety of awards from his contributions in implant and Physiologic Based Dentistry.
